Residential, large format
Four installers, eight weeks: 120 × 60 porcelain, running bond, screed ground and primed beforehand.
Floor and tile work: large format, natural stone, screed, levelling and grouting. With our own cutting and mixing equipment, so large formats do not become a waste problem.
The hourly rate is 33 to 37 euros. Large format is craft with risk: one 120-centimetre slab that breaks costs more than the hour it took to lay. That is why we price in reserve above 60 centimetres and work with suction lifters, not two hands.
Four installers, eight weeks: 120 × 60 porcelain, running bond, screed ground and primed beforehand.
Two installers, three weeks: stone steps with skirting, joint pattern to sample, all in an occupied building.
Six installers, five weeks: levelling compound over 1,400 square metres, slip class R10, handover with report.

Yes, with bonded waterproofing to standard and documentation. Without it we give no warranty on tiles in showers.
