What does façades cost?
The hourly rate is 34 to 38 euros. Façade work depends on the scaffold: if the scaffold stands and the substructure is set, cladding goes quickly. If we do both, effort rises disproportionately — which is why the substructure is always a separate line in the quote.

- Scaffold in place or to be rented — the largest single item
- Substructure in scope or provided by the client
- Panels: HPL is forgiving, fibre cement chips and needs more care

Questions that come up first
Who takes the measurements?
We do, on site before the quote. Without measurement every façade figure is a guess — on cut panels that is the most expensive mistake there is.
Is the substructure included?
Only when it is in the order. Structural calculation comes from the planner or, on request, from us via a partner engineer.
What if panels arrive damaged?
We record the damage on delivery and report it the same day. Material we damage, we replace.
Do you work in winter?
Yes, but not with every adhesive and sealant. Below five degrees you need winter products — clarified before mobilisation, not on the morning.
