What does drywall cost?
The hourly rate is 33 to 36 euros including travel, accommodation and tools. The condition of the building decides the difference: shell construction with a lift and power is cheaper than an occupied building with demolition and disposal. For residential blocks we usually price per apartment, because the areas repeat.

Questions that come up first
To which level do you skim?
Q2 to Q4. Q4 means the surface shows no joints under raking light after painting — worth it on visible walls, unnecessary behind cabinets.
Do you remove the demolition?
Yes, if it is in the order. Disposal is a separate line with container size and landfill — not folded into the hourly rate.
Do you work to DIN?
Yes. Shop drawings, fire certificates and the site engineer’s requirements are checked before mobilisation, not during the work.
What happens if an installer falls ill?
We replace from our own pool, usually within a week. Days without a replacement are not charged.
