What does industrial cleaning cost?
The hourly rate is 28 to 32 euros — the cheapest trade, and the one with the shortest lead time: cleaning needs people, not training. That is why it is also the trade we can staff fastest, often within three working days.
What drives the price
- Rough or fine — the difference is often a factor of two
- Level of soiling: debris, gypsum dust and adhesive residue are three different jobs
- Access: with a lift and a water connection it goes twice as fast

Questions that come up first
How fast can you start?
Usually within three to seven working days, sooner if capacity is free. Cleaning has the shortest lead time because no induction is needed.
What is included in the price?
Labour, equipment, cleaning agents and travel. Water and power come from the site; disposal is a separate line because containers and landfill are project-specific.
Is there a final inspection?
Yes. We walk the site with you before we leave — defects are corrected immediately, not in a second invoice.
Do you do ongoing cleaning?
No, only construction, deep and handover cleaning. For recurring cleaning we recommend local firms — that is not our business.
